6. Wages, Compensation & Working Time:

- can’t fixed the time working in farm because it depending on the situation within farm. Also shrimp farm work as crop by crop and during the crop the worker need to stand by.
- because the shrimp aquaculture is working as crop by crop and difference than other culture. Also shrimp farm work as crop by crop and during the crop the worker need to stand by.
- can’t fixed the time in shrimp farm and it’s not practical in shrimp farm.
Item3: the farmers don’t understand “Any in-kind wage” meaning, it need to clarify.
Item6: the working condition in the shrimp farm had time to rest/ this item was not suitable for the agricultural/ practically difficult.
- it’s not match in farm’s working.
- shrimp farm work as crop by crop can’t have traditional leave or any leave during the crop.
Item7: normally the workers always overdraw.
Item8: -not suitable for the agricultural/ had the group insurance/ the worker had their own health insurance card.
- the worker already had health insurance from public health and the worker don’t want to pay more.
Item10: not suitable for the agricultural.
Item11-14: the job within shrimp farm was the contract of service/ this item was not suitable for the agricultural/ working time was uncertain (chancy) make it hard to records/ the job within shrimp farm have to work daytime and nighttime and can’t count continuously/ the workers have day-shift and night-shift. / the workers have day-shift and night-shift/ in case of aquaculture can’t stop working during the crop it can cause the damage. / can’t follow this item especially when disease outbreak.
