I carefully checked the unit and was able to confirm that the Order ID: 104-2670496-7071450 that is fulfilled by Merchant, and please be inform that we have 30 days policy to return the item, however after the 30 days policy for returns and refund its your discretion if you accept the return or not and I would like to advised that don't promise any amount for the customer unless you received the item back for you to check the condition of the item. Please be inform that for the order id: 105-2464670-9886659 is not the same customer.
