Just curious about question no.4
If customer answer “yes” but cannot recall sum insured and put whatever number in this field, is it going to affect anything?
Also, are we going to check with other insurers or whatever bureau about this before make decision to approve/not approve our policy?
Why we need to ask this question, anyway?
Also, please ensure that all these required info must fit into 1 standard B4 paper.
Otherwise, it will create operation issue at front-end.
