Steamed Egg (Kai thoon) is local food in Thai. So today I’m would like to show you how to cook the steamed egg. The ingredients are steamed egg 2 Chicken Eggs, 20 grams Minced Pork, 1/2 - 1 tablespoons Soy Sauce, Pepper, Salt, Onion, 1 tablespoon of chopped Carrots and 100 ml Water. Let’s start! First, Break eggs into a bowl and beat with fork. Follow with soy sauce, pepper, salt, pork and water. Mix all the ingredients. Next, Steam for about 10 minutes. When the egg has begun to cook place the onions and carrots on the top. Continue to steam for another 15 to 20 minutes. You may poke the top with a fork to check when ready. The eggs should not be watery, and relatively solid, similar to jelly. Finally, Lift out of the steamer, and may be served right away.
