The one-sample KolmogoroveSmirnov test was employed to
determine the normal distribution of data. Analysis of data among
all treatments of nisin and EOs, and their combination, was done by
One-way ANOVA (SPSS 17.0). When the results were significant, the
Duncan test was also used (Yin, Wu & Jiang, 2007). Sensory data
were also analysed by analysis of variance in the general linear
model (univariate) and one-sample t-test for separation of mean
differences. A probability level of P < 0.05 was used in testing
statistical significance.
