Responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Set up and follow up HR process and procedures which covers all HR activities
• Organize HR reporting
• Set up HR development plan in accordance with the company strategy
• Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
• Gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits.
• Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training …).
• To be in charge of payroll administration
• Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication.
• Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner.
• Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly.
• Monitor and alert the management to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount.
• To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
• To conduct exit and grievance interviews with all departments/staffs
• To review the staffs rules and regulations on a regular basis
• Submit the Personnel Budget for all personnel costs and Headcount to Finance Department.
• Produce and submit the yearly tax returns for all staffs on a yearly basis.
• Produce and submit the payroll journal and the Headcount report to Finance Department on a monthly basis.
• To submit the Personnel latest estimates for all personnel costs and headcount to Finance Department on monthly base
Objective for Probation period
• Analyze the current situation: covered by the HR department / strategy of Gallthai.
• Build plan for the development of the HR functions within the company.
• Start to set up and follow up HR process and procedures
• Supervise the payroll administration
• Be part of the team in charge of the transfer to Wellgrow (analyze impact for employees, analyze adjustments of packages,…)
Qualifications:
• Male or Female
• 3 - 5 years experience in management + sale fields
• Leadership skill + management skill
• Phuket market knowledge if local Phuket people is special consider.
• Good communication English
