As you may know, we set-up last year a "Provident Fund" for your long term benefit within the perspective of your retirement. The assets of the Fund consist of money, contributed on a monthly basis, by both the Company (IS INDUSTRIE) and each of you, which means, not only you save for your retirement, Company also helps you adding to the Fund. This scheme is not compulsory and everyone can decide either to subscribe or not.
The setting-up of this "Provident Fund" last year, in 2015, is part of the improvement of our HR policy that goes together with the development of our activities. It was also one of my commitments towards all of you.
As I said in 2015, the modalities of the original "Provident Fund", as it was set-up in 2015, will be improved in order to provide more advantages to you.
Therefore, a new scheme will be proposed to you by the end of this year with effective implementation in January 2016. The main point will be as follow:
1) The contribution rate of the Company will be set at a higher level than the Contribution rate of the Employee whatever the scheme selected by the Employee.
2) The minimum duration to benefit from 100% of the scheme will be set at 5 Years instead of 10 Years now.
Our HR department will prepare this new proposal that will be submitted to you within next week. Then everyone will have 2 weeks to decide either to subscribe or not.
