Explanation of Compliance Response options
Supplier shall give one of the following statements:
“Compliant” This means that Supplier meets the requirement 100%. No exceptions are allowed. Supplier is required to elaborate on how the requirement is fulfilled.
“Partially Compliant” If the above is not the case but the major part of the requirement is met, the correct response is “Partial Compliant”. All deviations causing Supplier not to state “Compliant” must be stated including if relevant a statement saying how, when and under which conditions full compliance may be reached.
"Non Compliant" This means that Supplier covers none or only a small part of the requirements or that Supplier does not agree with the requirements. All deviations causing Supplier not to state “Compliant” must be stated including if relevant a statement saying how, when and under which conditions full compliance may be reached
In conclusion, it must be remembered that the objective of the Supplier response is to identify suppliers who are willing and able to meet DTAC’s requirements in a co- operative manner. Compliance with DTAC’s requirements for the format of the Supplier’s response is part of this co-operation.
