DETAILED PROCEDURE
1. Raise Request for Recruitment
When there is a requirement to fill a position, the hiring HOD informs HR Department to recruit.
2. Approval Process
HR Department reviews the headcount and remuneration for the requested position based on approved budget and prepare HR Authorization form sent to authorized persons regarding to “GENERAL GUIDELINE FOR ALL PLACEMENTS”
All Commercial staff hiring needs approval by RCOO
All Operations staff hiring needs approval by Sabine Sutter or Tom McGuire
All Data & Technology staff hiring needs approval by Ronald Werner
All Corporate Functions hiring needs approval by Global Head
All other staff hiring needs approval by Sector CFO
3. Recruitment Process
Upon approval for the request for recruitment, HR Department advertises the job vacancy on the appropriate recruitment channels (e.g. online job portals, newspapers, GfK career website, recruitment agency etc.)
HR Department forwards all applications received to the hiring manager. The hiring manager reviews the applications and inform HR Department to make interviews and select a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy.
4. Offer of Employment
HR Department prepares the employment contract, Job Description, Confidentiality Agreement for signing contract day.
5. Creation of Personnel Record
After the selected candidate accepts the offer, HR Department will open personnel file for new employee and pass his/her information to Finance Department to record in payroll system.

photo and other documents as well as evaluation form
9. Make copies of item#2 and pass to all interviewers Pang / Pat
10. Interview Earn
