2. Arrange a suitable time and place to conduct/do the role-play with your assessor.
3. Conduct the role-play. Ensure that you follow organisational procedures to identify customer needs and complete a customer contact from start to finish.
4. Complete the self-assessment (a list of things to check yourself against) checklist provided. Include one recommendation/new suggestion to improve personal performance (how well you have done)
5. Submit documentation as outlined in the specifications/rules below. Keep copies of documentation for your records.
