Receptionist & Administration Officer
Job Purpose
To perform the reception function in order to ensure the smooth coordination within Thoresen Group and between internal and external company, e.g., greeting and attending to visitors, responding and distributing incoming calls, etc. in order to support the operations of administration function efficiently and effectively
Responsibilities:
Answer the incoming calls and distributes such calls to concerned staff
Place the long distance calls both within the country and abroad for company's staff as requested; records details pertaining to the long distance calls for reference
Greet the company's visiting guests and customers; notifies their arrivals to the appropriate personnel who will advise the actions to be taken
Prepare assigned management reports periodically in order to ensure performed tasks aligned with plan
Qualifications:
Bachelor of any fields
Good attitude, hard working with the ability to work as part of a team and able to handle basic a administrative work
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and service mind
