We currently have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to work with our repair team,, based in office. Ideally, we are looking for an immediate starter.
This position is 4 days per week, with the possibility of 5. We are offering $18 per hour negotiable, dependant on skills and willingness to learn.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft office, be well presented and possess clear written and verbal communication skills. You must possess the ability to prioritise work, multi task and be used to the change of pace of work.
This is role that you can really take on as your own and you will be working one on one with the director and repair manager to ensure the smooth running of the shops administrative functions.
PREVIOUS OFFICE EXPEREINCE IS ESSENTIAL - AT LEAST 1 YEAR.
Duties include:
Managing the main switchboard
Preparing and maintaining repair files
Updating accounts system and filing
Taking telephone enquiries
Working with the Repair Manager to update repair status
Liaising with customers, insurance companies and service providers
Photocopying
Maintaining the office space
