This job I learning how to do the budget report, I need to update the data in every
month, I use Gantt chart program to update the budget from previous month to the present.
In every workday my supervisor always assigns me to type the government document in
formal form that I should to follow about the way to type. Bank already set the document
form for officers. I usually to helping my supervisor and another officer to find information -
to support their work, I collect the data from many website to help them had done the report.
My work often record data in Microsoft Excel and keep document into document files
according to my boss already defined. Sometime I copy the document for preparing to
officers when they have a meeting I need to how to use photocopier and office automation
in order to supporting them done work faster.
