An amount of 200g from each of the immobilized biocatalysts
DBSG, BSG2, BSG1, were introduced into 500ml
of diluted molasses (7, 10 and 12°Be) in 1-l glass cylinders.
For each fermentation system six repeated fermentation
batches were carried out successively at 30 and 20°C. BSGd
biocatalyst was used only for six repeated fermentation
batches of seven initial Baume density of molasses without
nutrients at 30 and 20°C.
