INTRODUCTION
The objective of this document is to outline working guidelines for Sawanee Rongprasertkull and
DHL Express International (Thailand) Ltd. business relationship in the Thailand.
The Scope of this service agreement covers all aspects of our business relationship and aims to
accomplish the following:-
• To outline the various points with respect to our operations and what we expect of each other.
• To explain the level of communication that can be expected from DHL and vice versa.
AGREEMENT
DHL Express International (Thailand) Ltd. 319 Chamchuri Square Building. Floor 22 and 23
Phayathai Road, Khwaeng Pathumwan Khet Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330
(“DHL”) of the first part; And Sawanee Rongprasertkul having its registered offices at, 88/9
Intarakiree Rd ., T. Maesot A. Maesot Tak 63110 (CO-LOADER”), of the second part.
1. VALIDITY
This Agreement will be deemed to have come into force on 1 April , 2016 and will remain in force
for an indefinite period of time. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason
whatsoever by giving the other party not less than three months written notice of termination.
2. SERVICES
2.1. Subcontracting of Express Station-to-door services:
7.1.2 DHL hereby appointed as the Exclusive International Express carrier of co-
loader, agree to procure that the DHL International Express Network will
transport all pre-paid international document and package shipments
originating from the location(s), which parties may, from time to time agree
and clear and deliver such express shipments to all final destinations that
DHL services.
2.1.2. All shipments moving through the DHL network originating from CO-
LOADER customers will be subject to DHL standard terms and conditions
when trading under the umbrella of this agreement.
2.1.3. CO-LOADER shall provide after sales support to the consignor, including
handling of all claims (if any) filed by the consignor according to the terms
and conditions applicable and agreed between CO-LOADER and the
consignor. DHL shall not provide after sales support and will not entertain
calls from a third party other than the co-loader. In the event that a
consignee refuses the acceptance of a shipment, DHL shall have the right to
return such shipment to the respective origin.

2.2 Conditions for the supply of services
2.2.1. Handling, Packaging and Documentation
The Co-loader will, at its own cost:
a) Screen all consignments in accordance with accepted safety and
security procedures
b) Obtain from the sender any required waiver of liability or payment for
insurance
c) Collect all required information relating to each shipment
d) Complete the air waybills provided by DHL accurately with all
relevant information filled in, vis-à-vis,
d.1) Accurate sender / consignee addresses, commodity description, correct
destination coding, to clearly mark DHL service requirement –
DOX/WPX/Jumbo Boxes/GWD or if other, visibly on the space
provided on the DHL air waybill. Number of pieces, dimensions,
weight of shipment, description of the shipment, signature of the
person handing over the shipment(s), time of handing over the
shipment and date.
e) Attach the labels or air waybills produced by DHL to the relevant
consignments
f) Attach identifying stickers/tapes/labels for multiple piece shipments.
g) Forward the consignments to the DHL locations as per our agreement.
h) Provide accurate dimensions and weight on all consignments handed
over to DHL
i) Provide all required transit documentation (certificate of origin/ Phyto-
sanitary certificates/Legalized paperwork/Certificate of Origin, etc)
and will be responsible for the correct and complete performance for
all of the above.
j) Prepare shipments ready for collection by the DHL courier arriving for
pick up by the DHL Courier, at pre-scheduled intervals during the day
or night.
2.2.2. The Co-loader warrants to DHL that:
a) All consignments will be fully and accurately described and will be
accompanied by a completed waybill and the required documentation
for customs purposes (export and import).
b) All consignments handed over to DHL for shipment will be invoiced as
per its authentic commercial value. The Co-loader under no
