CPRV agency has recommended the following form set up to avoid fraud and points awarding to the wrong consumers:
Option 1:
1. EDM sent on Ultraboost invitation to TH 3 stripes consumers to register for the personalized session
2. Consumer is directed to online form to register for their slot -> This is in English, not sure if many consumers would sign up themselves?
3. CPRV will match consumers who buy ultraboost and award points accordingly. The socks as a GWP is given to consumer at the point of sale. (up to retail staff to recognise and reward)
• Cost involved for setting up the form, $1000. (avoid manual matching of 3 Stripes customer and friend)
Option 2:
1. EDM sent on Ultraboost invitation to TH 3 stripes consumers to register for the personalized session
2. Consumer calls and registers for personalized session.
3. Consumer attends the session and it is up to retail staff to manually verify which 3 Stripes customer came for the event and who was their friend who came and bought Ultraboost.
4. Points will be awarded for the 3 Stripes customer who’s friend bought Ultraboost
• Our concern is that if we leave it to retail to 1) verify the 3 stripes customer and 2) send this information to CPRV at the end of each day of the promotion, it will involve quite a bit of back-end back and forth communication.
Do let me know so we can plan whether or not to have the online form set up.
