1. In a skillet, fry the onion in ½ tbsp vegetable oil until golden and soft, then add the minced meat, salt and pepper and cook until meat is brown.
2. Add oregano, basil, tomato cubes, tomato sauce and the dissolved tomato paste to meat mixture and leave on medium heat for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Boil Spaghetti according to instructions on the box, strain and transfer to a baking tray.
4. Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti and mix well. Sprinkle the shredded Mozzarella cheese on top of the baking tray and place it in the oven on medium heat for around 15 minutes or until cheese becomes light brown.
