•To drive operational standards throughout the area, to develop business opportunities and brand promotion.
•To coach, develop and support the continuous improvement of Branch Managers and their teams.
•Ensures Area Consistently delivers excellent customer service to maximize sales opportunities in line with the company brand
•Developing and communication new ideas to drive the business and area forward
•Use and analyses data to make business decisions
•Liaise with Buyers, Designers and Space Merchandisers with regards to product selection for Area
•Analyze sales across the area in terms of linear footage, site mapping and stock holding
•Ensure excellent margin is maintained.
•Ensures Area audit results are in line with acceptable limits, take action where results are unacceptable
