Identify and develop new business opportunities for CMG domestic (70 brands in approximate) and international markets (Indonesia, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar).
Study on feasibility when we start having new brand in our portfolio.
Communicate with new and existing principals for contract in terms of strategy, key commercial terms, legal terms, and any concerns related to the brand.
Study P/L and other key terms for brands that are on termination and probation lists.
Gather required data to evaluate each brand performance in organization as per contract due.
Produce business plan to propose brand principal.
Any ad-hoc reports/briefs on strategic initiatives and opportunities.
