As I mentioned in previous week(s), this log is very useful for us on how Shell be part of problem for retailers. This is very useful as we could use this as reference to talk with right parties in Shell to improve this.
I add one column to the left of the log, please add in the date you report out into. I also add columns to the right of your log records to say whether there is system issue in that week, if yes which period (copied from your 1st column), and which system it has problem (put ‘Yes’ into the column owned by that system.
For example, the last one has issue of Biztalk and GSAP, put Yes into the column GSAP and column Biztalk.
I put in the date (column A) until 2 Jan 2015 and put only year 2014 for the records before 2 Jan 2015.
