Fusarium wilt is a common destructive disease in many economically important crops including, tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum ) cause by soil borne pathogen ( Fusarium oxysporum ) resulting in severe losses in many crop variety of plants. Ever since, two distinct forms of the pathogen can cause either a vascular wilt ( Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Lycopersici WC Snyder & HN Hans.) or a crown and root rot ( F. oxysporum f. sp. radicis- lycopersici WR Jarvis & Shoemaker) in tomato. Both pathogens occur mostly in tomato growing areas and sometimes destroy whole crop grown in the field. This pathogen is spread through-out almost all crops and developing new races is a continuing trouble. Many researchers have reported and developed resistant variety of tomato but they provide some degree of control over pathogen
