Thank you for your hard working and I understand that you are working hard to try best to responsive on your task.
This email is not complain but I wanted to improve of service in CS areas.
What I found today during break lunch, I notice that they are many of incoming called ringing.
Most of them are Jabil follow up booking and follow up the status.
And today, plus Sujitra are on sick leave and CS mobile phone not reach out.
I would like to strictly at first step to handle to support station.
1. I wanted to set 2 shift on break lunch -> Sujitra, please set who will be at the station on time set up below
a. 11.30 – 12.30
b. 12.30 – 13.30
If you able to ensure that you are able to handle incoming phone without any fail, you can provide me you improvement regarding these matter.
