CSR stand for cooperate social responsibility. Nowadays, CSR program is very important in hospitality and tourism industry. Most organizations are aware about the concept of cooperate social responsibility. They apply cooperate social responsibility activities in their strategy. CSR means the process about responsibility of organization towards the community, environment, sustainability and benefit of organization. The reason to create CSR activities include employee satisfaction, financial performance, risk of management and enhanced reputation. All of the CSR activities focus on stakeholder contains employee, community, customer, government, environment and owner. Researchers expect the CSR program has positive impacts to stakeholder.
