Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for:
•Supporting & Coordinating the MD’s office.
•Supporting & Coordinating together with the Office Manager all related tasks to the operation of the CLAAS Regioan Center South East Asia Ltd.
•Basic accounting i.e travelling reimbursement bills
•Manage supplies for Co-Workers.
•Coordinating activities with external accountants & auditors.
•Manage travel schedule for the local team
