Responses for the dependable parameters FT, TS, EAB and YMare shown in Table 2, and the effect that CFand CGcaused in theseproperties can be observed in Table 3. Film thickness (FT) increasedlinearly with increasing CGand CFconcentrations, with values rang-ing from 0.111 mm to 0.298 mm. Results for Young’s Modulus (YM),which is related to the stiffness of the film, indicated the same pos-itive and linear effect caused by CF, while CGhad the opposite effect(Fig. 2). Elongation at break was increased with increasing the CG,as illustrated in Fig. 3, where the greatest value of EAB (282.75%)corresponds to Test 10, with no CFadded. Alves et al. (2015) alsoreported that the addition of bovine gelatin into corn starch filmslead to higher FT and EAB values. In contrast, the incorporation ofCFinto the film linearly decreased the EAB.
