This project is to monitor the level of liquid in each alcohol bottle sold at bar stands or restaurant counters as well as keeping the update data of the inventory in the stock room. Due to the high prices of alcohol assets or liqueur drink, it can lose an amount of profit if some of the following situations happen: theft, unauthorized free drinks and spills. To check such situation automatically, the system is designed to be able to calculate how much change the bottle is weight or level of liquid is in a specific time. Additionally, this system also provides an updated inventory list which is useful for the procurement through sale. This system utilizes RFID tags by attached a tag to each bottle. The RFID reader gets data from each individual bottle to track where it is. Force sensor under each bottle measures the bottle’s weight after each use and store the information with a time stamp. LED lights notify the user if he or she puts the right bottle on the right spot. The level of liquid and time information are interfaced to the server internet. This allows the owner to monitor the volume of alcohol sale at the bar stands or counters if it increases or decreased dramatically in a specific time and check the stock for future sale. Especially, the owner can access the databases anytime and anywhere which is very convenient.
