We understand you’ll be running some portfolio simulation tests to better determine our new collections strategy. We’d like to provide you with further details about our collections operations. We have segmented our accounts by credit score. For each of the credit score segments, you can test different collections strategies. Note that due to the legacy portfolio, you may have loans falling below your chosen cut-off score.
Based on the collection severity you assign (ranging from very gentle to very firm) we’ll treat the accounts accordingly. Examples of methods we’ll deploy based on your severity assignment include:
