I checked the pictures with the technician and asked for a prompt solution to this problem; luckily these are small damages that won’t affect the correct use of the equipment.
We do confirm that the equipment have been tested before shipment and everything was ok.
With reference to the white cover, it seems no functional parts have been hit; while for the back cover can be repaired by using 2 screws to fix the plug again.
