We did the first INOP (Integrated Notification and Work Order Processing) survey in May 2013. 6 months was past and we would like to do the second one as planned. Same questions are asked in the 2nd survey. We would like to collect the following information in the survey for a better support to the sites in Asia Pacific in the future.
1) Any new idea or comment from you
2) What's the latest status in your site regarding the usage of INOP tool.
3) Do you have any improvement suggestions
4) Do you need any support from ACT/M and me
In addition I would like share you the updated Frequently Asked Questions. The questions were asked in the past several months from different sites. The FAQ would be a useful reference for you.
Some sites may not involved in the first survey. But please participate in the second one.
