The growth curves of the 9th and 10th runs presented a similar
behavior and log phase. Beside dyes, the WE contains other
pollutants such as COD. Growth of C. vulgaris reduces both
the colour and other pollutants, resulting in the bioremediation 218,080 cells ml1 for 8th run,
in comparison to 0.26 d1 and 210,090 cells ml1 for 7th run.
The 9th and 10th runs, which are replicates (WC = 17.5%;SBC = 10.0 g l1),
wherever the result of lmax was found in run 10 (0.52 d1) and of Cmax in run 9 (224,030 cells ml1).
