Manage sale support strategies of bancassurance channels as well as resources and process from Insurer's perspective to strengthen sale operational process and leading to production target achievement.
- It includes managing a connection in strategic selling process with bank partners, and involve in business development and execution by working closely with bancassurance executives and business partners.
Qualification:
- Male or Female, age between 37 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Strong experienced in sale channel management (Bancassurance or Life Insurance Business related or Banking Distribution is preferred)
- Good partnership and relationship management skills
- Good people management skills and team motivation
- Target oriented, responsive and proactive
- Flexible in travelling upcountry
