-Administrative expenses purchase
This type of expenditure is general expenses occurred in the normal cause of business operation which mainly includes administrative expenses, office supplies expense, training expenses (i.e. training for license to sell insurance), rental expense, and utility expense.
According to K.Chayada (Assistant Accounting Manager), these expenses are normal expenses in which they normally occur every month so the company does not require any official form to be approved before purchase. However, the purchases that are considered to be exception from normal are needed to be reviewed and approved by K.Vannee (Managing Director) before purchasing.
K.Peangpen (K.Peangpen resigned on May, 2014 and K.Sabaimard was hired on August, 2014 as a Corporate Service Manager) is responsible for the whole process of purchasing since the company has no purchasing department.
