The Post-Certification Checklist is organized by the above categories with targeted credits that need follow up to ensure the facility is still meeting it's LEED certification level expectations. A LEED scorecard is provided with all credits available in the LEED-NC rating system listed and the credits achieved by the manufacturing facility for its final LEED-NC certification level. The LEED rating system and associated scorecard is organized into prerequisites and credits. Prerequisites are items required to be achieved and credits are chosen by the project team as most likely to be achieved. The attached scorecard shows credits the manufacturing facility achieved in the 'Y' column and the corresponding number of points associated with the credit, as well as credits not attained in the 'N' column. Each category has a total points tallied and the Total Project Score is shown at the top
