These values are similar
to those obtained in the current study. In contrast, much higher
concentrations and different profiles of anthocyanins in Chinese
black–purple rice were reported by Yao et al. (2010) who found
cyanidin-3-O-glucoside (6.3 mg/g), and peonidin-3-O-glucoside
(3.6 mg/g), delphindin-3-glucoside (0.7 mg/g) and petunidin-3-
glucoside (0.9 mg/g).
