The ethanol extracts of the Zingibe

The ethanol extracts of the Zingiberaceae family (galangal, ginger, turmeric and krachai) were evaluated for antimicrobial action
on Staphylococcus aureus 209P and Escherichia coli NIHJ JC-2 by using an agar disc diffusion assay.
