K. Pornchai;
Allow me to make a couple of comments on your Reports;
Overall, they are pretty good. (Good idea to put a few pictures in with them!)
~ I realize that the Unit was 'down' (at 8 AM) so there is nothing filled in. I think it better, say around "9 AM" that you take readings and just change the '08:00' to read '09:00' for that particular day (ONLY)...
[Better than having a Report that is only recorded 6 times per day and has one of those 'six' empty...]
~ On the sheet listing the Shut-downs; please explain if it was a 'genuine' Fault. Example you mention 293 degrees, but the Set Point is "320", meaning it was a 'ghost' S/D, not something mechanical....
Also; in this case; there is no need to leave the Unit down waiting for it to get "cold". It should be back in service ASAP. Also, list the amount of time 'down'. Like; "no legitimate reason for S/D. Unit restarted and back on line after xx minutes.
~ Last point; remember these Reports are 'in house' for P-S persons only.
If the Customer insists on copies, they should be 'sanitized' (checked by myself or Paul, before being sent outside of P-S.
Are you going to send one out for & June (today)?
Good luck and keep up the good work.
Charlie
