After checking the completion of each questionnaire, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. The statistical devices employed in this study were as follows;
3.4.1 Alpha coefficient of Cronbach was used to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire.
3.4.2 Frequency (f) and percentage (%) were used to calculate the data of the personal information of the samples.
3.4.3 Mean and standard deviation (S.D) were used to calculate the following criteria were employed for interpretation (Srisa-ard. 2002 : 102-103).
