If there are any discrepancies between the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the Employee Handbook as at the date of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall prevail. However, any subsequent variations to the Employee Handbook, rules, regulations, or policies of the Company generally goveming the Company's employees will prevail and be applicable to the Employee.
1. Employment
The employment will commence on July 1, 2016 or the date upon which the regulator has granted any necessary work permit, permission or license that may be required for the employment duties, whichever is later
As mutually acknowledged by both parties that Kiatnakin-Phatra Financial Group consists of financial institution and companies operating several businesses and each company in Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group has duty to work together and support each other, the employee agrees if the Company sends and/or changes and/or transferes the employee to work for other company in Kiatnakin-Phatra Financial Group permanently or temporary. (Presently, Kiatnakin-Phatra Financial Group consists of Kiatnakin Bank Public Company Limited, Phatra Captial Public Company Limited, Phatra Securities Public Company Limited, KKTRADE Securities Company Limited, Phatna Asset Management Company Limited, its associated companies, or any other companies in which Kiatnakin-Phatra Financial Group has an interest by way of holding shares (“Related Company"), and such shall be deemed performance of work under this Agreement, without claiming any additional remuneration from the Company
