As our staffs found that Unsafe conditions L-SHMP 1 ( Structure is damage and not strong enough ), ( The steel structure on roof are defective ).

They reported to safety that working near this area is feeling quite risky . We would request the Civil Team to conceder to fix this to safe / accept condition in term of reducing the risk level ASAP.
