Minerals and trace elements content is also reported in
Table 1. Kiwifruit showed a high amount of K whose content
ranged from 254 to 300 mg/100 g (mean value 272 mg/100 g), P
(mean value 24.1 mg/100 g) and Ca among orchards, ranging from
15.4 to 26 mg/100 g (mean value 21 mg/100 g). Among trace
elements both Fe and Cu were well represented.
