I would like to know the reason for forwarding this issue to development team, something like you cannot find the root cause by yourself etc…, and also the information for investigation, I suppose you should have some information from earlier investigation anyway.
On top of that, I am tired of repeating telling you requesting information for investigation. Please kindly note development team have limited production access so pleas provide them without no more request like this!!
In the ticket, I saw only the csv file but no application log, the error time, or failed file.
