In this regards, the Landlord warrants that the Landlord has the right to let the Said Premises/Property as the Landlord is the owner and the Possessor of the Property. The Landlord is under the obligation to provide proof of ownership and the rights to rent/let the demised property before lease starts and/or upon request by the Tenant. The Landlord agrees to bear all responsibility in the event of any possible dispute of the ownership of the said premises and compensate the Tenant on the loss of use, its capital investment, refund of its security deposit (in full) and advance rental within 7 day and the Tenant reserve the rights to terminate this Agreement.
