2.3. Methods
To determine the fatty acid composition, all fatty reagents were
analyzed by gas chromatography according to the official method
Ce 1-62 [29]. The fatty samples were prepared as fatty acid methyl
esters according to the official method Ce 2-66 [29]. An HP 5890
gas chromatograph with a flame ionization detector was used
under the following experimental conditions: a fused-silica cyanopropylsiloxane
column (0.25 lm, 60 m 0.32 mm id), hydrogen
carrier gas at a flow rate of 2.5 mL min1, injection temperature of
275 C, column temperature of 175–225 C (rate of 1.3 C min1)
and detection temperature of 305 C.
