Attached the Group Orgn Chart with the following revision: -

1. aligned the font type/size used in all spreadsheet.
2. removed the highlighting of designation in dept OC, only highlighed President/EVP (did not removed those in Group OC, am not sure if you've specific meaning for the highlighting) Pls advise if need to remove.
3. Per your request - Incl budget/actual hdcnt nos and names of preparer/verifier.

Appended below some clarification needed: -

1. Should Chalintorn's hdcnt be under OOP or Group Finance?
2. Should PL's hdcnt be under OOP or HR?
3. Where should WW hdcnt be accounted since F&A has been split into various spreadsheet?
4. Where should Jupp hdcnt be accounted since IT has been split into various spreadsheet? (currently accounted under IT Infra accordingly to mthly report)
5. There's 2 Sin staff (Jesling Ong and Susan Tan) fom Sin AP missing in the orgn chart. They may not fall exactly into any of the F&A orgn chart, the closest maybe Accounts Payable Own Agent. However, they reports to CT which is not in the orgn chart. Can I revised and add them in under Accounts Payable Own Agent?
6. Pls get Bkk HR to verify all the Bkk budget/actual hdcnt.
7. CC's secretary (Jenny Low) is missing from the orgn chart.
