Twenty microliters of the
surfactant-rich phase was injected into the HPLC system, and the
detection wavelength was set at 510 nm. To remove the Triton-100
absorbed in the C18 column after the analyte was eluted, a cleanup step
with 100% methanol over 20 min was performed after injection each day.
According to the linear relationship between the signals of the derivates
and the concentrations of the carbamate pesticides, the amounts of AC,
CF, IC and FC were obtained.
