Hi ladies,
What nice photos! It looks like you had a lot of fun.
I miss Chiang Mai. Maybe I'll return for a visit after I get back from England. I'm going for one month, from September 24th.
If you want to resume classes with me after I get back then email me, as I've decided that I don't want to continue working through Mark's school. He and I have very different views on teaching, so I think it best that we go our separate ways. I'm not sure where I'd teach yet - probably a coffee shop nearer to my home, but I would prefer to teach in a less formal setting and style, focussing on conversation, as I spend too much time marking books already at EK Burapa. I'm also not sure what fees I'd charge yet, as I've not taught private classes outside of a language school since I lived in Chiang Mai. But I'll think about it and we can talk when I get back from England.
If we can work something out, then great. If not, I won't be offended if you want to continue studying with another teacher at Mark's school, as I'm sure he would feel angry about me 'stealing' students from him, if I do agree to teach you privately. But let's speak when I get back.
In the meantime, good luck at university and I hope Noey has a good time in Japan.
Take care, and thanks for thinking of me.
Kind regards, Steven
PS. Don't worry about your grammar. You're not in class now, and I understand everything you've written. Your grammar will improve if you keep practising.
