This study was conducted to enhance the nutritive value and improve digestibility of sugarcane bagasse by alkali treatment method using urea. Urea at a level of 10% dry matter of bagasse was dissolved in water and mixed with bagasse. The mixture was divided into four equal portions and was stored in sealed plastic bags for 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks.
