Recruitment Associate (Mandarin & Thai Speaking) - Based in Philippines
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for execution of end to end recruitment process
Applies suitable and effective sourcing strategies using different ways to find candidates
Responsible for the initial resume screening and interview of applicants particularly for Chinese & Thai speaking positions.
Coordinates with other departments for schedule interview and manpower requirements, on boarding of new hires and arrangement in I.T., work station
Coordinates with the Admin department in assisting the flight reservations and accommodations of expatriates
Coordinates with the Hiring Managers regarding their manpower request
Ensures the hiring of the highly motivated and competent individuals
Prepares job offer letters and other documents necessary for the hiring process
Assists in monitoring the manpower requisition forms submitted by the Hiring Managers
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Required language(s): Chinese,Thai & English
Excellent Mandarin & Thai communication and typing skills
