Job description:-
1. Identify and manage sales opportunities through channel partners. Create and maintain good relationship with channels and customers.
1. Maintain existing and develop new sales channels in different provinces
2. Achieve sales target and KPI
3. Strengthen customer relationships through service ethic; anticipates and provides solutions to customer needs; strive for customer satisfaction
4. Manage and monitor the execution of all channel marketing programs, and work closely with partners as well as the marketing, sales and business development teams e.g. seminars/training/exhibitions
5. Report to Sales Manager in market feedback and competitors’ including trends
6. Follow up with dealer on delivery of orders
7. Submit related reports as required by the Sales Department
8. Attend sales meeting & provide accurate sales forecast
Qualifications :-
1. Burmese Nationality will be advantage.
1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration
2. Experience in sales or marketing management at least 2 years (Preferably in IT industry).
3. Initiative, energetic, leadership, problem solving, systematic thinking and analytical skills
4. Self-motivated, energetic and creative thinking
5. Able to work under pressure with very good negotiation and communication skill.
6. Good command of English
7. If the Chinese will be an advantage.
