Responsibilities :-
• Responsible for own individual target to perform and execute sales support activities, and work together with agents in driving sales performances. This includes strategic planning and sales management, on-field management, sales force relationship management, complaint management.
• Provide Accuracy and timeliness of sales performance report for Agency Force
• Provide High Quality services to create good relationship with Agency Force
• Development of relationships with agency by visits Agency Offices to maintain company standard (within assigned region)
Qualifications :-
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales support and coordinate in Agency field of insurance business
• Have background sale management and support in agency of life insurance business is preferable.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible, able to travel and drive
